Our Returns Policy

At Alchemitelabs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Contact us: Please email our customer service team at support@alchemite labs.com with your order number, name, and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
2. Package your return: Carefully package your product in its original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt. Make sure to include your RMA number on the outside of the package.

4. Receive your refund or exchange: Once we receive your return and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund amount: We will refund the full purchase price of the product,(not including any taxes and shipping fees).
4. Exclusions: Refunds are not available for personalised or custom-made products (like personalised Aromatherapy blends), or for products that have been opened or used.
