  Yes, absolutely! ALCHEMITELABS is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on our furry friends, and we are committed to remaining cruelty-free in every aspect of our business.

• Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

  Yes, our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. We avoid harsh chemicals, artificial fragrances, and common irritants. However, we always recommend performing a patch test before applying any new product to your entire face. Apply a small amount to a discreet area (like the inside of your wrist) and wait 24-48 hours to check for any adverse reactions.

  No, we do not use any artificial fragrances or colours in our products. The scents in our products come from carefully selected essential oils and botanical extracts, which provide therapeutic benefits alongside their pleasant aromas.

• Are your products organic?

• If I have acne-prone skin, which products are best for me?

  We recommend our Alchemitelabs Non-Comedogenic Face Wash for Sensitive Skin, 10/10 Skin Acne Clearing Ampoulé  7% Niacinamide Aloe + Arnica Extract, and Fresh-Faced Daytime Oil Serum Cucumber Watermelon Zinc Oxide + Centella Asiatica. These products contain ingredients like Niacinamide and Non Nano Zincite. that help to unclog pores, reduce inflammation, and protect the skin barrier from environmental pollutants that might irritate the skin. All of our product range is non-comedogenic and vegan.

• How do I incorporate ALCHEMITELABS products into my existing skincare routine?

  Our products can easily be incorporated into your existing routine. We recommend starting with a cleanser, followed by an ampoule, mist and serum. • What is the shelf life of ALCHEMITELABS products?

  The shelf life of our products is typically 12-24 months from the date of manufacture. We recommend using our products within 6-12 months of opening to ensure maximum freshness and efficacy. as they are crafted as natural skincare. Please see the packaging for the 'period after opening' (PAO) symbol.

Ordering and Shipping

• Where do you ship to?

  We currently ship to the United Kingdom with Yodel, DPD and Evri (formerly Hermes). We plan to expand our shipping destinations in the future. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

• How much does shipping cost?

  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We offer free shipping on orders with a Coupon Code within the UK and Ireland.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. UK orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

• What is your return policy?

  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
